The Jeep brand is always associated with off-road capability and the dynamic driving characteristics that can make the vehicles able to get through anything. With the thought of being able to handle anything and a pair of new vehicles that are ready for us to make an impressive drive out on the roads and trails in our area is something that allows us to think of the freedom we could have to be able to enjoy the wilderness or to get out of a sticky situation that we might find ourselves in.
The Wrangler Commercial
Jeep has created a new model of the Jeep Wrangler which brings updated appearance items and more capability than it offered in the past. In an effort to give us a look at this new SUV while exciting our feeling for how this vehicle has appeared in movies in the past, Jeep used footage from the Jurassic Park movie in which the Jeep with Jeff Goldblum was being chased by a T-Rex as the heroes of the movie worked to escape from the massive dinosaur during a rainstorm in that offered slick driving to test what the Jeep could do.
Fast forward to the next spot in the commercial and Goldblum has aged noticeably and is now located in the driver’s seat as he maneuvers the Wrangler around and behind the T-Rex to become the one chasing the massive beast along the trails. This ad ends with our star located in the driver’s seat of the new Jeep Wrangler in a showroom, clearly inside his own imagination. He comes to his senses only when a salesperson asks if he wants to take it for a test drive to which he has one of the classic lines you’ll hear in an ad.
The Cherokee Commercial
As the next version of the compact SUV that you can drive and enjoy with your family on the roads in your area, the Jeep Cherokee has proved to be one of the most capable and versatile models you’ll find for your daily driving needs. Even so, this vehicle is a model that feels like it wants to go somewhere else and show you more of what it’s capable of and how it can become a vehicle that offers you the adventure you’re looking for when you step inside to take a ride.
That seems to be the point of the Cherokee commercial as we hear about how the road can get us around and allow us to go where we need to, but often doesn’t have the stories that we can find when we head out away from the road to make our way to areas that give us more active driving and fun. Once you see the Cherokee in action and imagine yourself behind the wheel of a vehicle that can explore the wilderness and let you enjoy the drive wherever you want to go, you’re going to be ready to have a Cherokee of your own.
