The Chevrolet Blazer was brought back to the market for the 2019 model year and now that we’re heading into the 2020 model year, we’re seeing an upgraded version of this SUV coming to the market. The new 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine makes 267 horsepower and 328 lb.-ft. to give you the power you’ll want when you’re looking at the range of this SUV.
Which Model Should You Choose
The addition of the new turbo model of the Chevrolet Blazer gives you another choice. Similar to the models with the V6 engine, this new version can be upgraded with the 2LT and 3LT trim packages to give you more of the fun and features that you want when you take this SUV out for a drive. We don’t have all the numbers of this new model yet, but we do know that the 2.0T models of the Blazer will be ready for you to drive and enjoy when they arrive at the dealers in your area next month.

Even though we don’t know the numbers, we expect the turbocharged version of the Chevrolet Blazer will have the fuel mileage you want which will likely split the difference between the other two engines once again. By comparison, the Chevy Equinox with the same engine offers 25 mpg combined in FWD models and 24 mpg combined in AWD versions. The Equinox is 700 pounds lighter than the Chevrolet Blazer, which means we might see a Blazer that has close to these numbers for you to enjoy the performance and drive.
