We’ve discussed the power and the performance numbers offered for the newest member of the Jeep Grand Cherokee many times. The FCA team proved they could find a great way to put the Hellcat engine under the hood of the Grand Cherokee with the Trackhawk. This is an insane amount of power so you can have the drive you’re looking for and the qualities you want when you head out on the road. Actually, this insane SUV has much more than what you need and that’s exactly why it’s amazing.

Where Should You Take the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk?
Powered by the SRT Hellcat engine that’s composed of a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine to make 707 horsepower which is attached to the ZF eight-speed automatic transmission, the Trackhawk is something amazing to drive. This is a vehicle that you’ll have a hard time staying off the gas pedal and it can certainly head out to the track and have the drive you want for some fast laps that you’ll be able to show off. When you step up to the line to take off for the drive, you’ll have more power than most supercars that show up at the track.
This is a big brute of an SUV that looks like it wouldn’t handle the curves and turns on the road or track with ease, but FCA upgraded every component of the drivetrain to make sure this SUV could handle the power under the hood. You’ll have a variety of drive modes that you can choose from any program to make sure you can take this brute out on a canyon run to have a lot of fun carving up the curves at whatever speed you deem necessary.
As a Jeep, you’ll also be able to take the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk out to the trails and into the wilderness to show off the fun and active drive that you’ll want to experience when you drive. This means you will easily have the most powerful vehicle on the trails and with the incredible torque numbers, you can certainly handle the rough ride and the trails that you’ve found. Check out the video below, just be warned, there is a bit of foul language, but it’s certainly understandable considering the amazing power and corruptibility of this vehicle that can be a lot of fun to drive.
